For aided or un-aided disability, including those who have low to mild mental health needs. Care Logic assists with dailiy living activites and accessing community. We work closely to encourage new learnings that foster confidence and independence in our supported friends.
For those who transition from mid to older age, we provide support care so life in the twilight years can be enjoyed doing the things that are loved most. Care Logic can assist with in home or away from home support activities.
Whether it is for a few hours or overnight breaks, time away is filled with fun, learning and rest. Care Logic works closely with formal or informal supports to make sure our supported friends stay safe.
